A Revenue Planning Tool for Charter School
State Fiscal Stabilization Fund - 67 percent of funds have been distributed to states. It is anticipated that the remaining two-thirds of funding will be distributed on a rolling-basis, starting July 1, 2009. IDEA Part B - 50 percent of funds were awarded to State Educational Agencies (SEAs) on April 1st, 2009; the second 50 percent will be awarded September 30, 2009. Title I - 50 percent of funds were awarded in March, 2009; the rest will be apportioned in Fall, 2009. Education for Homeless Youth - 100 percent of funding was distributed to SEAs on April 10, 2009. Child Care and Development Block Grants - 100 percent of funding was distributed to state agencies on April 9, 2009. New Markets Tax Credit - The application deadline for a Community Development Entity trying to attain tax credit authority was April 8, 2009. Awards will be announced in October, 2009.
